WHAT DO PRODUCT AVAILABILITY MEAN?

Product availability is displayed on the product page.
The product can be:

  • Immediately available / Available: Available for online purchase. The exact date is listed on the product page.
  • Pre-order: It is available for pre-order and the delivery date depends on its official release date. Priority order is observed.
  • On request: It is not available in our stores, but we are looking for it for you in our supplier network. * You will be informed via email within 5 working days of its availability by the supplier, as well as the estimated date of receipt.
  • Temporarily Exhausted / Out of stock: Not available for order at this time. It is expected and will be available soon.

     

    HOW DO I COMPARE PRODUCTS BETWEEN THEM?

    After selecting the product subcategory you want, click "compare" above each product you want to compare and click "Compare" in the comparison bar at the bottom of the page. It is possible to compare up to 4 products.

     

    HOW CAN I STORE PRODUCTS IN MY PROFILE?

    You can keep products on the wish list so that you can find them easily and regardless of when and if you intend to acquire them. The wish list is displayed to users connected to the profile on all product pages marked "favorites" and in the shopping cart.

     

    HOW CAN I REGISTER MY ORDER?

    At medone.com.cy you can order the products you want in 3 simple ways!

    1. Through the site: you find the product you want and click on the "Basket" option and follow the steps to complete your order.
    2. By phone: calling us from a landline at 22 352933 (from a landline: € 0.01 / minute and from a mobile: € 0.03) Monday to Saturday 10:00 - 18:00.
    3. From the Medone store: if the product you want is not available in the store, you can find it and order it through medone.com.cy with the help of the store staff.

       

      WHAT ARE THE RECEIPT OPTIONS?

      By registering your purchase electronically you can choose:

      1.  Delivery to address throughout Cyprus. All deliveries are made with the courier company ACS Courier.
      2.  Delivery to one of the 40+ ACS Pick Up Points in every corner of Cyprus.
      3.  Pick up at the nearest Medone store.

         

        WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO I HAVE?

        At medone.com.cy you can pay in the following ways:

        1. Cash on delivery Pay for your order upon delivery to your place with cash on delivery!
        2. Credit Card All American Express, Master Card, Visa and Diners' Club * credit cards are accepted at Medone.
        3. Credit card information is protected by an online security system (TLS-128 bit) which guarantees a completely secure trading environment.
        4. Paypal
        5. Payment at the store with payment at the cash register of the store you have chosen to pick up your order, by cash or credit card.

         

         

        HOW DO I RETURN PRODUCTS?

        In case you want to return the product you bought, you have the opportunity to do it in 2 ways within 14 calendar days from the day you received it! (Prerequisite that the product is in its sealed commercial package and is accompanied by proof of purchase)

        1. Delivering it / s in original condition and packaging to any Medone store with proof of purchase!
        2. Shipping, in its original condition and packaging, to one of the Medone stores enclosing the purchase receipt
