Acidophilus Extra 4 by Lamberts is a milk-free formulation containing 4 billion friendly bacteria per capsule (at the time of manufacture). Although Acidophilus is stable at room temperature, to ensure maximum activity, it is recommended to store it in the refrigerator. The special packaging of Acidophilus protects against humid conditions, which are known to contribute to altering the viability of bacteria. The bacteria contained in Acidophilus Extra 4 are dried at high temperatures and surrounded by an acid-resistant polysaccharide coating, protecting them from the acidic ph of the stomach.

Assimilation time : Less than 30 minutes.

Dosage : 2 capsules daily, 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon, with 1 glass of milk or water, or with food.

Do not take with hot drinks because heat contributes to altering the viability of bacteria. To be taken at least 2 hours after taking any antibiotic.
