AROMATHERAPY DEVICE
How to use: Thanks to their beneficial properties, they help you relax after a long day, concentrate when doing work that requires mental clarity, or even stimulate you. They can also be used to ensure a clean and pleasant atmosphere as they neutralize unwanted odors.
Light the burner and place it on the base of the APIVITA Essential Oil Ceramic Device. In a few minutes the essential oils will begin to diffuse into the atmosphere.
Amount of use: 1-8 drops in a little water. It is important to always have some water in the aromatherapy device.
MASSAGE
How to use: Massage is one of the oldest therapeutic methods and is one of the most basic practical applications of aromatherapy. The essential oils, thanks to the massage movements, penetrate the skin, offering stimulation, rejuvenation or relaxation. Add the essential oil or oil blend to the base oil (APIVITA Natural Oil Almond or Massage Blend) and mix well. Enjoy with all your senses a beneficial massage by applying the oil with gentle circular movements on the body.
Amount of use: 30-35 drops in 100 ml oil-base.
BATHROOM
How to use: One of the simplest and most pleasant ways to use essential oils is in the bath. Fill the bathtub with warm water. A lukewarm or hot bath can relax the mind and body, while a cool or cold one induces a feeling of invigoration and rejuvenation. Add drops of an essential oil or your favorite blend, then stir the water to dissolve them. For sensitive skin it is better to dilute the essential oils in a base oil, such as almond or jojoba. Stay in the tub for at least ten minutes, relaxing and breathing deeply.
Amount of use: 3-8 drops.
INSPIRATION
How to use: Inhalations are proven to be beneficial for the ease and release of breathing, especially in the winter months. Also, the use of steam with essential oils can be used to cleanse and detoxify the face. Fill a bowl with hot steaming water and add drops of essential oil. Close your eyes and carefully bend over the bowl. Cover your head and the bowl with a towel and inhale for a total of ten minutes.
Usage amount: 2-3 drops per bowl of water.
SKIN CARE
How to use: Essential oils are very beneficial for facial care because they hydrate, stimulate and rejuvenate. Add essential oils to a natural cleansing, toning, moisturizing, etc. product for glowing skin. Ideally you can add them to the vegetable oils APIVITA Natural Oils.
