Lamberts 5-HTP 100mg 60 tablets

 5-HTP of natural origin from seeds of the African plant Griffonia simplicifolia. The extract provides a hydroxylated form of the amino acid tryptophan which provides 100mg per tablet.

Assimilation time : Less than 1 hour.

Dosage : Up to 3 tablets per day, half an hour before meals or half an hour before bed. Start with one tablet and increase if necessary. The product is best taken for periods of up to 3 months. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.

Storage : Store in a cool and dry environment and protect from light. Keep away from children.

Allergies : None.
